Your checklist for Returns and Exchanges
● Returns must be made within 14 days after you received your parcel.
● You can only exchange your item(s) once.
● Original conditions and all tags intact.
● Original packaging is included.
● The item is not in the non-returnable category.
Refunds
● Once the parcel has reached us, it will take us 1-3 working days to process your return request.
● If anything is damaged or missing from your return, you may not receive your refund.
● All returns and exchanges will be refunded via your original payment method or banking transfer.
● Refunds can take up to 14 days to show in your account, depending on your payment provider.
● Any usage of reward points will be non-refundable once the item is returned. (non-applicable yet)
Faulty items
If an item is incorrect, damaged or faulty when delivered to you, we’ll arrange a return and figure out a solution with you. Write to us at info rernikl.business@gmail.com soon as you can.
Steps on how to email us for a return.
Action 1:
Send an email to rernikl.business@gmail.com with proof of the incorrect or defective item.
Our team will get back to you shortly.
Action 2:
Ship the item(s) back to us in its original condition via courier. Please note that we currently do not accept in-person drop-offs.
Action 3:
Watch out for an email confirming the status of your return, including whether a refund or exchange has been processed.
Action 4:
Complete the refund or exchange process.
